GNR staging tourist safety awareness campaign until Friday

GNR officers are currently out and about raising awareness among tourists on how to keep themselves safe.
Not wearing expensive jewellery in public, using clothing with concealed inner pockets, not sleeping with the window open, using safes, and avoiding deserted areas are just a few words of advice the officers are giving.
The operation runs until Friday and is being carried out in busy tourist areas to prevent opportunistic crime.
