International congress debates future of food at Algarve University

An international congress on the future of food is to be held at the Algarve University in Faro from 1 to 4 July.
The congress will be the first of its kind held after the Iberian American Society of Food Engineering (SIBIA) was formally formed in October 2017 in Valparaiso, Chile. The organising committee says it hopes the event will attract the interest of young people in the field of food engineering.
