Truck drivers apologise over new strike

Truck drivers last night issued an apology to Portuguese in general after announcing strike action for next month.
Fuel tanker drivers had earlier this year wreaked havoc when a strike saw many petrol stations run dry, resulting in long queues as desperate motorists tried to fill up their cars.
The main bone of contention for truckers is improved wages, which so far has not been headed by the national road transport association. The strike is set to commence on 12 August.
